Our team develops the plans, selects materials, and coordinates with architects and designers. Every detail is confirmed before a single wall is touched.

Construction

Work is executed by our own crews — licensed, experienced, and accountable to Bill directly. You have one point of contact throughout.

Completion

We don't consider a project done until you do. Final walk-through, punch list, and a clean handoff — no loose ends.

I hired Varian Construction for the complete remodel of my 2700 sf condo in a luxury high rise building. Working in a high rise presents unique challenges, so it was important to me that I choose someone with a lot of experience working in that environment and Varian had been highly recommended by the management of my building. I 100% made the right choice! My experience from start to finish was outstanding. Every single person who worked on the project - whether it was the Varian team (led by a project manager who exceeded every expectation I could have possibly had) or the subs they hired (all of whom had long relationships with Varian - this is important) - every single person was a true professional and skilled craftsman. No remodeling project is without its "bugs" or glitches, but the thing I most appreciated was the Varian promise from start to finish: we will do whatever it takes to make it right and make you happy. Fortunately, we had very few hiccups along the way, but when we did I had absolutely no doubt it would be "right" in the end. Varian gets an A++ from me in: communication skills; responsiveness; personal care and attention; and of course, the finished product. My situation had an additional difficulty: early in the project my husband was unexpectedly placed in hospice care and passed away shortly after. I have no words to express the many ways in which the Varian team "took care" of me and relieved me from any stress and worry about the remodeling project so I could focus my energies and emotions elsewhere. If you need "proof in the pudding" of their work...shortly after I fully moved into the renovated condo I decided to sell it and move out of state. My condo sold (post hurricane) for a record price for my building in a very short time. Every person who walked into the space was in awe of the look, the finishes, the quality. Thank you, thank you Bill, Christian and everyone on the team. I am proud of the work "we" did together!
