Wm. J. Varian Construction Co. Inc. is an owner operated company offering a variety of construction and remodeling services for both residential and commercial clients. From design to permitting, to completion we want to uphold the highest quality of standards for our employees and trades people to follow. We understand the difficulty in living thru such projects and try to lesson the strain it can cause. We want to provide a stimulating environment for management, employees, and trades people that will show through to our customers. Through continuing education and providing innovative tools and technology we want to be at the top of our profession in what we do and how we do it.
William J. Varian, CGR CAPS CGP holds state certified licenses as a general contractor, roofing contractor and home inspector. Bill grew up in the Boston area helping his dad remodel old properties thru out the city. The philosophy learned back then and still used today is that any work on existing properties must look as if it were there from the beginning.
Bill believes that education and training are keys to staying on the cutting edge of today’s changing construction industry. He is constantly undergoing training in business management, ethics, and technical skills. Bill is a Certified Graduate Remodelor (CGR), a Certified Aging In Place Specialist (CAPS), and a Certified Green Professional (CGP) as designated by the National Association of Home Builders, a charter member of the Remodelors Council of the Collier Building Industry Association, and Immediate past Chairman of the Remodelors Council as well as 2005 President of the CBIA.
We specialize in design/build of whole house remodels, additions and face-lifts of residential and commercial properties. Our work can be seen throughout Naples including Berkshire Lakes, Aqualaine Shores, Port Royal, Royal Harbor, Pelican Bay, and Golden Gate Estates to name a few.
The Sales and Marketing Council of the CBIA has awarded us the 2002, 2003, & 2004 Sand Dollar Award for Best Residential Remodeling Project of a single-family home in Collier County and the 2004 Award for Best addition. The Remodelors Council of the CBIA has awarded us the 2003 best Residential Addition over 600 sq ft. Bill was honored to receive the 2003, 2005, and 2010 CBIA Remodelor of the year award, 2009 FHBA Remodeler of the year, and the 2004 ASCF (American Specialty Contractors of Florida) Remodelor of the year.
