William J. Varian, president, holds state certified licenses
as a general contractor and a roofing contractor. Bill grew
up in the Boston area helping his dad remodel old properties
thru out the city. The philosophy learned back then and still
used today is that any work on existing properties must look
as if it were there from the beginning.
Bill believes that education and training are keys to staying
on the cutting edge of today's changing construction industry.
He is constantly undergoing training in business management,
ethics, and technical skills.
Bill is a charter member of the remodelors council of the
collier building industry association and presently sits on
the Board of Directors and is Vice-Chairman of the remodelors
council.
